The reason I have only put likely is because I had reason to change our original appointment which became a nightmare. Sequence of events, 2 phone calls Tues left message. 1st phone call Wednesday spoke to receptionist who informed me she wouldn't change the appt. Said she would ask administrator to call. No one called. Again late PM she said she would email the administrator. Thurs 2 phone calls were engaged. 3rd call message left. Fortunately 4th call administrator answered and was most helpful, and the appointment was brought forward to suit us very much. Catherine McCarthy was so so good and helpful. More trouble changing appointment.
I am sorry to hear of your difficulties in changing your appointment time. Please be reassured that I have discussed this with my admin staff and highlighted the unnecessary distress this has caused you.
