Angela was very approachable, I was able to speak freely. Although dad's mental health and his treatment were acknowledged by Angela with suggestions on how I could manage better. This was very helpful and I felt fully supported. At times I did feel frustrated at how long the process was taking but I realise (now) out of fairness to dad this was how it had to be and therefore could not be improved upon or rushed.
