Everything from original consultancy to post op care was excellent. During covid 19 restrictions the delivery of service was above and beyond expectation. The ROH is the Gold standard of NHS excellence.
Suggested improvements
There was a small amount of admin misunderstanding in arranging pre-op assessment however this period was during covid 19, so completely understanding.

The care and attention and caring at all the staff especially my personal carer nurse Mrs. T. Martyre. In fact all the staff in the ward were helpful and polite./nI found that the monitor was too loud for me at night. I was treated well caring and kindness during my ward stay many many thanks.
