Very friendly and helpful staff, everybody was so kind and caring./nThank you all.

One slight error was moved wards but mistakenly taken to a different floor./nEventually moved into ward along the corridor on the original floor.

All staff were very helpful and compassionate they all tried their best to provide good and quick care even when it was busy and not enough staff.
Suggested improvements
Increase staffing levels so care is given promptly like pain relief due to there being so busy sometimes pain relief was delayed forgotten about.
