Every member of staff was kind, caring and compassionate my only concern was that how busy thy were and you felt you did not want to ask for little things like moving pillows, changing phone as it seems silly when they are so busy but as a patient with limited mobility was important.

All were very professional, but you do require more staff familiar with the different feeding machines and how they work. Also more staff would take the workload down as we know it's difficult when they have 4 people bed bound or at least need assistance with the bathroom.

The room was excellent and well laid out but very very cold! Everyone who came to see me all commented how cold it was./nOn the Sunday evening I asked for extra blankets and put my dressing a gown over me.
