Exceptional care, consideration, respect and treatment from all members of staff. I could not have wished for better.

I would have liked to know sooner the diagnosis and what the surgery involved, but it did not materially affect my care.

It would have been excellent had a post op pain plan been put in place, so that the is his post recovery I had pain relief prescribed specifically for me.
Suggested improvements
Post op pain planning pre-operatively would have made my first 24 hours much more acceptable. Medical staff need to sometimes listen as all patients are individuals and not fit into a specific box.

Had post-op problem with my blood surgeons. All staff concerned with me were very helpful trying to get blood under control. Have had triple bypass with the same blood super problems and contract ops caused BS { } the mother was not unexpected. Staff were empathetic.

Every member of staff was attentive to my needs both before and after surgery.
