The nurses and HCA's were very caring. Patient, understanding and attentive having never needing OC before they all made me feel at ease and dignified.
- Nurses were very helpful./n- Looked after me well.
The whole ward 2 is a strong team but 3 staff members went above and beyond Sophia HCA hardworking kind with the most welcome smile and kind eyes and of master to fixer. Ellie TNA who has all the qualities to became a wonderful nurse and Laura Marteen ward is who could lead any team with such knowledge and skill.
All the staff was very nice and friendly and kind to.
Kind, thoughtful staff always { } a smile to my face and always went above and beyond in their care and service.
Absolutely brilliant.
Because it was turth.
When in side room bells were not always answered in a timely manner and if you asked for medication it would late a long time to get it, which then meant it was hard to get the pain under control.
