The staff at the royal orthopedic have gone above and beyond nothing to much trouble, treated me with care, kindness and respect. Very accomodating as I have a lot of allergies.

I have always felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff are marvellous very caring, cheerful and considerate./nThe room was well maintained - so {clearly} and very unpleasant./nThank you for making this a comfortable expectation.

The staff have been supportive towards myself especially with undergoing the surgeries that I have had, and especially helpful when I have not been in a position to look after myself especially after surgery.

Everything was very good except a in problem which left answers very urgue and not easily explainable./nIn addition my yellow warfarin booklet was taken to show a doctor and it disappeared!

Found a safer place to stow above booklet.

I am very pleased with how I have been spoken to included in decisions and my general well being and future.

Nothing totally honest review great care by all nothing was any trouble if I have to do into hospital ROH would be my choice.

From the beginning the staff were kind and considerate./nDoctors explain clearly, nurses also take time to explain procedures. Patients here are well looked after.
Suggested improvements
Perhaps something to improve the situation for deaf patients more fresh first.
