Had to wait from 7.00 am until 3.30 pm from mirror operation time for operation could have been in a tighter window?/nCar parking fees and machinery very stressful. Wife waiting in car park could not work machine. Patients should not have to pay exorbitant fees. Should be pay on learning because do not know how long one will have to wait for operation.

Excellent service 80% of the time./nWhich I am very, very grateful of./nI am very allergic to lots of things food (some) is one of them, so ordered a preferable meal which I could eat, and this was not ordered, but had, had it previously.
Suggested improvements
Please do not think I am moaning, but perhaps could make sure what is ordered of menu, is available everything else to do with hospital was and is 100% top notch.

Service from all staff has been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been more like a holiday (with no beach) rather than an inpatient. The care was faultless.

Everyone was very good.
Suggested improvements
I did wait and long time before being taken for surgery. I would have appreciated some updates on that and been able to drink water while wanting as it was very warm.
