Seen quickly. Becky (nurse) and Jue (HCA) A+ staff. Very helpful and supportive. Best pre-op experience at ROH I have had. Give them bonuses!

Ease in timings e.g. swifty doctor./nNormally very slow in pre-op at today and excellent.
