I felt my needs were really listened to. The exercises were tailored to suit me and have really helped my mobility and flexibility can't thank you enough. I feel I have a good basis to continue my exercises in the future to maintain my mobility. Thank you!

The help I got was very professional. Often with 2 physios. They listened to the problems I was experiencing in my everyday life and tried to address them e.g. getting up and down kerbs. They also observed me walking and gave me feedback on how I could improve.
They gave me more time than I was led to expect I would get but I would have liked more if only say a monthly session.

The exercise given to me to accomplish at home have been very helpful and I shall continue them. I have felt more confident since starting this programme; and I'm certain my physical health has improved already.
