At first I wasn't too sure abut joining the classes but can honestly say I am thoroughly enjoying it. Everyone is so friendly and the physio couldn't be more helpful. I have also found out a lot about my condition from the talks after the exercise - far more than I have from the doctors at the surgery and hospital. I can't think of anything that could be improved and would definitely recommend this service.
