From reception right through to the treatment given the staff were excellent. I saw a GP not my regular one and was dismissed as go away and your foot problem will go away. If you feel unhappy phone in and you will be referred, of which I did. I was given an appointment with the SWIMS department. After a short conversation the guy I saw, sadly I am unable to remember his name he Diagnosed my issue and treated it straight away. How can you improve on that! I just need a period of time to see if the treatment has worked. I understand a follow up via SWIMS is set up. Thank you guys.
