I love Burton Hospital it nice and clean , lovely staff who are caring and friendly...
The hospital is clean and we'll maintained. All the staff I came in contact with were caring and helpful.
This wonderful approach appears to be the hospitals culture and long may it continue.
Thanks to all concerned.
Over the years I and my family have been treated at Queens hospital a number of times. I have always found the staff to be caring and efficient .
All the staff during my time at the treatment centre were genuinely lovely and caring. I wish I could say the same about some of the staff in the main hospital who are dismissive and uninterested in patients and their relatives. Ward nurses sit in a back room laughing and joking and then claim they are too busy to answer questions.
The gynaecologist I saw on a recent visit left me in tears. I will not be allowing her to carry out the procedure I require. She was rude to me and the staff around her and did not write down information I gave her correctly. Her attitude towards the chaperone in the room made me very uncomfortable. Dreadful experience.
Excellent all round
My treatment throughout was excellent and all staff were very caring.
I did feel uncomfortable when attending appointments as the wait was typically at least half an hour in an enclosed waiting area with many people not wearing masks. As I was receiving chemotherapy I had taken great care with social distancing and I felt vulnerable during the wait.
always treated with care and respect. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
I have been treated at Queens Hospital in Burton Upon Trent for breast cancer twice. Each time, I have received the best care and been treated very well. I would highly recommend Queens, for this reason. The nurses on the Breast Care Unit are all amazing. They are kind helpful and compassionate, so why would you want to be anywhere else.
I have always felt comfortable with my visits and cacnnot fault the treament, care, respect I have always hd. Thank you.kk
Through out my cancer treatment I was treated with compassion and professionalism by every member of NHS staff I meet. The team on the chemo ward were all amazing and made my whole experience much easier to cope with and I can’t thank them enough !!
