Doctor was running over an hour late. A phone call to say some later would have been much better.

The staff are always really friendly and caring and pout you at ease.
The waiting times are always very short.

Normally received very thorough and compassionate care from past consultant but today on 17/4/2015 this consultant did give chance to ask questions and explain my condition properly and he was very off hand.
Had to sit for an hour waiting for hearing test.
