The light treatment nurses are great. They are caring, friendly and often help me with samples of skin creams. The first time I saw Dr. M in dermatology, she was thorough, friendly and seemed very concerned about finding the best treatment for my skin problem. However, when I saw her again today, her attitude changed. Gone was the investigative, thorough and forthcoming doctor. She hardly spoke to me about my skin issues and ongoing treatment. The only advice I got was that I had to buy skin cream, I guess as apposed to getting samples from the nurses in the light clinic. She does NOT know my financial situation!! I felt rushed and dismissed. Care and customer service should be consistent. Today's appointment left me feeling agitated and generally out of sorts.
