Val, the night nurse was absolutely amazing.
I've never had such wonderful care.
She is one of life's treasures.
She is the finest example of an NHS clinician, and much could be learned from her.

Serious lack of communication between medical staff and patients.
Some-not all- but some nurses think they are more than they are and need to be reminded of their job parameters.
Also there are too many people who cannot be understood - too heavy of accent.
