Brilliant service, great staff , lovely facility
I was seen very promptly after my initial ct scan, and had a stent fitted within days.
Everybody I had and continue to have contact with, have been very helpful, kind and considerate.
Full marks all round.
Emily the echo-cardio nurse took really good care of me. Her communication was excellent, she really put me at ease by the positive way she engaged, and she went the extra mile to check results afterwards with a Cardiologist.
Hayley, the nurse who did an impromptu ECG, equally did a great job
Dr Dayo engaged well and contacted a consultant to double check next steps
Thanks also to Dawn Lambert who helped co-ordinate turning my QA prescription into a standard high street pharmacy one ... as the QA on-site pharmacy had already closed.
I was seen on time and once again can’t fault the level of care I received by the whole team today.

Everything was carried out in a smooth and professional manner but waiting to be discharged took a long time.
the treatment i received from triage, trauma, plastic surgeons nurses and hand therapy was outstanding, their care was fantastic , they listened to what i asked and answered all my questions...WELL DONE AND A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED i am 100% happy with every thing and every one
Once I got to Dermatology, everything was brilliant in first review , and then the actual surgical team were great. However, there was a considerable delay from when I first presented my problem to my GP, until the first review in Dermatology, almost certainly caused by the dreaded COVID19
The staff were excellent, all friendly and caring.
I found the staff were very friendly and helpful.
From the moment I entered the hospital I felt totally safe and relaxed, ans the treatment was excellent. In fact the situation we find ourselves in meant that there was only one ;person in front of me being treated and I only had to wait about 15 mins before being seen. The was no hint of needing to rush and I would like to thank the new young orthoptist (Golosh??) who was so professional and pleasant throughout.
I attended the two week Breast Cancer clinic at QA on Monday 7th. I was not sure what to expect as this was the first time I had been in any Medical environment since before Covid.
The waiting area was spaced out appropriately, staff all very friendly and professional.
During the morning I required a consultation/examination with a breast doctor, followed by a mammogram, then ultrasound, biopsy, further mammogram and back to see Doctor before being given an appointment to return for results a week later.
Unfortunately this is where I hit a snag! I received a letter saying an appointment had been made for Thursday, which contradicted my verbal appointment for Monday. The letter didn't mention rescheduling, so I attempted to make contact on the number provide. Called five times, leaving two messages and home number, never received a callback.
I attended the clinic on Monday, not sure if it was a wasted journey, it was. The receptionist apologised, she went to check to see if results were in but they weren't available. Since received via Mr Agrawal at Spire and waiting another procedure.
Only thing that let the clinic down was admin/telephone response and call back.
