The nurses were lovely. Very caring and considerate whilst also calm making me feel very confident in their care. All the other staff cleaners, tea ladies etc were also lovely & all helped to make an unexpected stay more comfortable. Ward A6/A5

Friendlyness of staff. Lengthy delays in attending to medical stuff if at all - peoples get forgotten sometimes.
