Staff were very kind and easily approachable - they made me comfortable on the ward. Always polite and explained what they were doing regarding my care. Really felt cared for by everyone.

Nothing was too much trouble. Very caring and eficient from cleaning, to catering, to medical staff, and surgeons' and theatre. First time as patient in Q.A. and my care was on a level with private care. Only points for improvement would be more beds & more staff. Thank you.

At the time of writing I have been waiting to be seen for over 3 hours. Surely this is longer than one should expect? I can't help but wonder how many private patients would have been seen in this time!

Staff were brilliant and food much better than it use to be, could be quieter at night - staff a bit noisy!
