this was my second stay on E8 ward. first time was a faultless vist, this time i'm not that over whelmed, not sure if the ward was short staffed or too busy but I felt that the four bedded unit that i was in gave the impression of confusion. notes kept on being misplaced when on regular medication (on the hour / 2hour / 4hour) was hit and miss. discharge from the ward could be speeded up if not constantly pestering the pharmacy department for your medication. to end this review: I cannot fault the Doctors,nurses and all supporting staff for there friendliness, and helpfulness but you could tell that the ward was under pressure.

Continuity of care good,and round-over. Everyone cheerful. Would be better if curtains fitted and cut out light at night-time for patients who sleep better in the dark.

My father was very well cared for. The nurses were all helpful and communicated well. The cubicle was spotless. Nothing was too much effort. Thank you

Was very well looked after.
