The attention and compassion that we received was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and professional. I don't think that it could be improved for our experience it was perfect!!

Staff are mostly fine.
At 5 am I was told I would be moved and my things were unceremoniously shoved into my bag, and piled on the bed and then at 6:30 a.m I wasn't to be moved and my things were bunged back!

Looked after very well.
