Everyone in the department is pleasant to deal with: the receptionist, nurses, the doctors and the outpatient access manager. My punctal plugs keep coming out and I feel a nuisance about it but without the plugs my dry eyes get so much worse. The staff are always so accommodating and help me get the assistance I need.
