An observation regarding a fire alarm yesterday 16th March. The staff I observed F5-F6-F7 were exemplary - in their knowledge, professionalism and immediate response to the alarm. Had all windows close checked doors/toilets/etc for people make you feel safe knowing I'm being cared for by professionals. Thank you.
