My appointment was at 13:00 hours but I arrived early and was seen within minutes for my blood pressure and ECG by a nurse who was pleasant enough but unfortunately smelled strongly of cigarettes I then was seen by Leo who was very informative about my forthcoming procedure and talked me through everything I wanted to know and Leo sent me for a blood test It was 13:10 by the time I was leaving the hospital Don't think anyone can argue that it wasn't a fabulous service from our NHS
