My appointment was changed multiple times (again)!
The check-in machine directed me to the incorrect floor
The English of the consultant I saw the previous time was so bad I did not understand fully what was going on with me. The letter she sent to the ultra sound technician was also not understood by the technician, so she asked me what she needed to do.
The consultant today could not grasp why I did not know what was going on.
The clue in the equation was that the ultra test had shown up something that I was not informed about and therefore my appointment had been changed to a different test.
This was also not evident from the new appointment letter.
