Drs are good, midwives are excellent all the staff is good and friendly. Time should be more organised, we have to wait hours for our turn. This need to improve.

The care provided by all the team is very good. Only problem is the waiting time. On almost all of my appointments I was seen an hour later than my appointment time, which is disappointing especially if you have other small kids.

I feel the staff need to be retrained in caring for patients. There was more pen pushing than involvement with the patients. A smile would have been nice from time to time.. Being in hospital is not a nice experience to begin with. So unfriendly staff who were unwilling to get simple things for you. Being told to drink plenty of fluids. Yet the staff would not let you have more than three cups of tea a day . Absolutely appalling, how are you expected to get better. I found them rude and abrupt, pulling there faces and being sarcastic. When in need of asking for anything, it was just to much of an effort for them to do anything.

My experience so far, has been fairly good. The waiting time need to be improved. The good care about the hospital is the follow up they do. Am almost 28 weeks with constant perpetuation which the hospital is doing its best to investigate the reason to my perpetuation.
