Hello, I spent a few days in this north Manchester hospital was moved around a bit for a bed,three times , but this did not stop the duty of care that I received, my main ward was C5 were the medical staff, nurses,and other that seemed to run the ward very professionally with a lovely caring manner they did not stop from coming in and went always over there working time with patient care , my stay was good most of the team were excellent, apart from a bank nurse, / person who was late and did very little to help the team and was very abrupt with the staff openly in front of ill patients , who dealt with it in a professional manner this was a lovely ward and there standards were high, clean, motivated, and caring thank you all C5 staff

Consultants are very hit and miss being told lots of different things by them. Sonographers are lovely and explain things when asked. Ladies in purple amazing! really are helpful and so welcoming.

Staff have taken their time and explained things well and being very reassuring. Appointments have been on time most of the time and waiting times haven't been too long.
