I waited 12 days from referal to appointment which was fine.
I was happy to be able to choose which hospital. Treated in a dignified manner by all members of the team. Everything explained fully. Seen immediately when I arrived. No waiting. The most efficient NHS service I have used. Thank you.

My care in the breast clinic department was very good. Limited waiting time to see the Dr. Dr very nice. Gowns very nice too! (I love the pink). Nurse very nice too.
Waiting area was busy, but clean. Overall, not a bad experience considering my nerves.
