It's all been fine and to be expected. This questionairfe could have been more autism friendly, particularly in Q13 where I was unsure whether it referred to what I was at the clinic for or if it was about conditions I already had/was taking medicine for etc. A bit more clarification would be nice.

After much worry before consultation the process has been smooth and very professional as I would have expected from the N.H.S. Fell very {} and {} staff and consultant made me relaxed with a positive outcome.
