1) The professional, friendly & most importantly - the respectful & understanding way that I was treated by all staff from arrival to departure.
2) Contrary to belief I found the food most tasteful & delicious.

The nurses were very kind, helpful & caring at what was a difficult time. Didn't feel embaressed, which was helpful. For me, the day the miscarriage happened, being sent back through A&E, two hours after being discharged earlier the same day was very stressful
