It was good the way nurses responded immediately to an urgent need I had such as for a commode. They spoke to me always with warmth even though they were always very busy.

Care was good offered sandwich & drink which was very welcomed had to wait a while for the infusion to be delivered by the pharmacy that is my only negative lovely staff

Not being able to come here for 2 weeks was most distressing having to go to Rochdale is most inconvienient. If I didn't have a lift how else would I get my blood done. I have to have it done weekly and here is where I should be!!
