The whole team, whatever the shift, were lovely! Kind, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. They made a frightening, emergency situation bearable. One of the support workers even got some brown bread for me as I don't like white bread!! The only thing that could be improved is the usual: more money to provide enough staff/wards etc, the staff work so hard.
