The whole process was very well handled. It appeared that everybody knew their role and really cared for their patients. In terms of improvements, the discharge of 'healthy' patients before the day really took a hold would look more sensible than having discharged patients waiting for other patients wounds to be dressed etc. and giving the nurses 'the eyes' putting them under further pressure.
