The staff on the birth centre were excellent, I couldn't have asked for better assistance. They listened to me and gave me encouragement and I felt they really did care. My induction experience up to this point was not a good one and I will be submitting a separate complaint directly to the hospital about the ante natal ward. The room was home from home and it was lovely to be able to share a bed with my husband and have a sleep afterwards.
