More advice from the nurses explain in depth about the procedures. Also the waiting time is way too long. There should be enough nurses to see each patient if possible.

The nurse was really nice and understanding. She made me feel better and safe. Was very helpful and the doctor was really nice too.

Attentive staff.
Quick at explaining, however not rushing.
Waiting times could be improved and telephone service (answering the phone could be better).
