Not happy about appointment has given today I have seen a Dr. Nurham Sutcliffa :-), member of rheumatology with kindness and given urine and blood test all accurate.
I am happy today but not happy when appointment seen sent long time a year I have been admitted to Newham Hospital.

Very bad service, I'm extremely unlikely because I'm waited nearly 2 hours then doctors said it is wrong appointment, I called them yesterday for confirmation they said appointment is right.

Doctor Sutcliffe is a credit to this hospital her examination was very thorough and her commitment to her patients is clearly evident - I wish more doctors were like her!!
Nurse Patricia Vaughn was absolutely lovely, she took my bloods with care and diligence it was very informative.
Everyone I came into contact with today has provided an amazing service.
I left feeling like I actually mattered.

Reception area clean and tidy.
Reception staff pleasant and polite Dr was extremely pleasant, professional and explained clearly what was being done and why although she did seem a little rushed.
The only downside no follow up appointments available on January 2018!! What is going on there.
