Good:
Great communication on symptoms and fantastic care from the nurses especially when undergoing chemo under Jo Bahemell.
Improvement
-Help align expectations on improvement timeline and common side effects for steroids.

Prof Jawad was very friendly, he is very knowledgeable and was reassuring, he explained my daughter issues well and he spent time with us, not rushing. We were treated with respect.

I like very much the people on the reception.
They are extremely helpful. I am extremely grateful for the support, advice and help I was given by my doctor Bombandiere. Even though I don't live very close the this clinic I am coming here and only here for blood test.

Very informative. Doctor listens and responds appropriately, she refers without
hesitation to appropriate treatment.
Lovely lady.
Needs to improve on waiting times.
