My next appointment in rheumatology was due in June but I have had a difficult couple of weeks with a bad flare up of my condition. Min telephone my consultants secretary who arranged an appointment for me, my was really grateful for this.

- Very efficient.

Medical professionals- sensitive and caring.
Reception staff- clear more explanations when coming to book in the morning would be helpful.

All my questions were answered. Only 1 week to wait until the surgery. But it was long to get my first appointment here. I had to wait 2 weeks not being sure of what was happening to me.
