I have been to a couple physiotherapy sessions in other hospitals that actually made my situation worst. I almost did not believe in this technique until I started these sessions.
The movements were manageable and I actually feel physical improvements.
My instructor was the wonderful Martin. :-)

Jen was brilliant! Explained every step as she examined me. She seems very hopeful and positive - approached with a smile, had a very friendly manner. Look forward to meeting her again!

Was given limited amount of exercises. Perhaps would have been given a greater range.
