The first appointment was good second was good but for the third appointment we had to wait one and half hour.

- Waiting time was too long, could be improved by having mere radiographer and services available.
- Waiting room is too small, not enough seats could be improved by providing more seating.
- It's too hot in the waiting room, improvement could be to provide air conditioning.

The medical team here at Mile End have been extremely helpful (Dr Kahn, Cassandra and Dr Barter). Please do not move the clinic to the Ambrose King Centre. Women deserve a sanctuary like a cash at Mile End.. The Sylvia Pankhurst centre at Mile End is far more welcoming and encourages a greater feeling of discussion and information on sexual topics. It does not feel like an informal, cold hospital! This is a very special department :-).
The contraception and sexual health clinic at Mile End is a thoroughly welcoming environment which feel far more at home and at ease. It feels like a safe, secure environment to share concerns any thoughts. It feels like a place that solely specialises in sexual health and gives me undivided commitment and attention. This would be lost within a bigger hospital.
