Cassandra treated me with dignity and respect as never happened to me before.
She fully understood my concerns, she has been absolutely amazing as person and as professional.
She did perform a blood test and I did not even feel the needle. Then supervised by Cheryl, she also performed my smear test (and all the additional sexual diseases test). Absolutely the best service so far at NHS.
