I always felt my treatment was designed my specific problems.
The desk staff were very polite.
I was seen on time.
The physiotherapist was very good.
The care I got from this service was really good and the staff were very friendly.
The only thing I can say bad about the service was the waiting time to get my first appointment the time I got my first appointment my back was already healed.
The receptionists at physio were very nice
BUT the receptionists at main hospital entrance were surly and unfriendly. Although I smiled and spoke politely to them, they did not smile or even raise their eyes to look at me. They gave me information in a brusque manner bordering on rudeness, whilst sprawling lazily in their chairs.
I think you may be falling short on your training of receptionists as I often receive this treatment at my local GP. I get the clear message that they are to busy/important to be pleasant to patients.
The Doctors however are exemplary in manner and expertise.
Jessica Pawson is a great asset to the trust. Very professional and helpful.
The consultants were knowledgeable and informed me of options.
Doctor and counsellor were great.
