I was greeted pleasantly by reception staff and seen promptly by radiographer.
I think a little more explanation could have been given about the way the cubicles function i.e that you can lock the outside door and leave your belongings there. This did become apparent but not immediately.

I'm hard of hearing so the X-ray assistants made sure they spoke clearly to me.

The customer service was excellent. The young man that helped me at the reception was from another department, if all staff were like him it would be a blessing. Arif is a credit to your company.
