The reception staff was very unsympathetic and blunt about my 1st referral letter by expired (I lost 2 weeks to the lacking problem, with no entire time off work to go to another hospital).
Made me feel very unfairly treated on I was struggling with coming here to get checked, get time off work and many suitable times were cleaning lacking scandal that is needed learnt especially not wished.

Very friendly staff, helpful.
A big thank you to NHS staff at the hospital who were so hard under challenging circumstances.
