The councilor was wonderful and understood how I was feeling. I felt the doctor was cold and unsympathetic to my concerns. This was not a straight forward pregnancy and was sent to another hospital for scans. I didn't feel the results of these were talked through with me and I feel I have had to make a decision without knowing all the facts. Also the ladies on reception were sweet and understanding.
