Both the nurse and the doctor had an excellent manner. Both were extremely professional but put me entirely at ease by providing a level of detailed explanation that made me feel totally informed and prepared for my choice. Cassandra in particular has a fantastic 'bedside manner' friendly and warm without compromising her professionalism. She was empathetic and understanding and non judgemental.
