I had dates middles with 4th and 5th October. It was handled well and respectfully and I was offered the counselling on the 4th (great!) and to test on 4th was very cold heartedly handled, visit on the 5th was 1 hour wait. Doctor was very monotoned - matter of fact with no compassion whatsoever. I had to ask for mono details of what was to be expected - Not offered. I had to inject and tell doctor her approach was like a machine and I'm in a difficult.
