As usual professional and helpful. The problem was with appointments booking - I got a follow up booked for 28.12.17 at 10:15, but a day before the appointment. I got a letter from the actual booking team saying it ill take place at 16.15 instead (which is exactly the same time as another physio appointment at RLH -had no chance to sort it as got no answer).
