Although the therapy staff tried to be caring I felt everything was so rushed. My negative scores opposite relate more to the admin/reception staff than to therapist. No welcome is ever given, I always feel like I've interrupted them doing something important and I don't matter. This was further demonstrated when and was phoned 10 minutes and would leave home to cancel my appointment as my therapist was going on a course. I then had to wait three and a half weeks for another appointment. My therapist Charlotte Read was excellent.
